📜 POLÍTICA DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y GESTIÓN DE DISEÑO – MV STUDIO

En MV STUDIO, nuestra prioridad es la exclusividad e integridad. Para garantizar un servicio excelente, nos regimos por las siguientes reglas:

1. Derechos de autor y propiedad intelectual: Todo el arte gráfico creado por la dirección estratégica de MV STUDIO es propiedad exclusiva de la empresa. El diseño es una parte integral de nuestro servicio de fabricación y no se entrega individualmente o en formatos editables, a menos que se haya acordado previamente un acuerdo de compra de derechos de autor.

2. Validez de la propuesta gráfica: Una vez que el ejemplo o "maqueta" del arte se haya enviado al cliente, tendrá un período de 14 días calendario para formalizar el pedido o hacer un seguimiento del proceso de producción.

3. Lanzamiento artístico: Si después de 14 días un pedido no se ha finalizado o no hay comunicación formal de seguimiento, el diseño se publicará automáticamente. MV STUDIO se reserva el derecho de poner esta pieza a disposición de futuros clientes o usarla en sus colecciones exclusivas.

4. Uso del arte del cliente: En caso de que el cliente proporcione su propio arte, MV STUDIO acepta usarlo exclusivamente para el pedido solicitado, respetando la identidad del propietario original.

NOTA SOBRE DISEÑOS TEMÁTICOS Y EXCLUSIVIDAD

En MV STUDIO, nos especializamos en la creación de conceptos temáticos diseñados específicamente para la atmósfera de su evento (congresos, campañas o cruzadas a corto plazo). Debido a que estas artes son piezas exclusivas basadas en temas temporales y no en identidades corporativas permanentes, nuestra política no incluye la venta o entrega de archivos digitales.

Nuestra misión es proporcionar al producto final terminado la calidad y la unción que nos caracteriza, asegurando que el arte de su evento sea único y sea administrado bajo la Dirección Estratégica de nuestra sede.

Al contratar nuestro servicio, usted adquiere la fabricación de piezas terminadas con el diseño MV STUDIO incluido.

CLÁUSULA DE REINCIDENCIA Y RESTRICCIÓN DE SERVICIO CREATIVO

En MV STUDIO, valoramos el tiempo invertido en la conceptualización de cada proyecto. Para mantener el flujo de excelencia en nuestra mesa de producción, aplicamos la siguiente norma de Responsabilidad Comercial:

* Penalización por Abandono de Proyecto: Si un cliente solicita un arte gráfico y, tras la entrega del ejemplo, no brinda seguimiento ni formaliza el pedido dentro del lapso de 14 días (sin previa notificación de cancelación), dicho cliente perderá el privilegio de recibir servicios de diseño gratuitos en el futuro.

* Restricción de Diseño Personalizado: Para futuras solicitudes, el cliente reincidente deberá proveer su propio arte gráfico en formato listo para impresión. MV STUDIO se limitará exclusivamente a la manufactura de la mercancía, reservándose el derecho de no realizar ajustes, correcciones ni nuevas propuestas creativas para dicha cuenta.

* Restablecimiento de Privilegios Creativos: El beneficio de recibir servicios de diseño personalizado por parte de nuestra dirección estratégica quedará suspendido temporalmente. Este privilegio podrá ser evaluado para su reinicio únicamente después de que el cliente complete con éxito un pedido formal proveyendo su propio arte gráfico, demostrando así su compromiso con los tiempos y procesos de MV STUDIO.

* Cláusula de Discreción Final: El restablecimiento de los servicios de diseño y consultoría creativa para clientes reincidentes queda sujeto única y exclusivamente a la discreción de la Dirección de MV STUDIO. Completar un pedido con arte propio no garantiza el retorno automático a nuestros servicios de diseño personalizado; cada caso será evaluado según el historial de cumplimiento y el respeto hacia nuestra Sede de Creación."

At MV STUDIO, our priority is the exclusivity and integrity. To guarantee excellent service, we are governed by the following rules:

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property: All graphic art created by the strategic management of MV STUDIO is the exclusive property of the company. The design is an integral part of our manufacturing service and is not delivered individually or in editable formats, unless a copyright purchase agreement has been previously agreed.

2. Validity of Graphic Proposal: Once the example or "mockup" of the art has been sent to the customer, he will have a period of 14 calendar days to formalize the order or follow up on the production process.

3. Art Release: If after 14 days an order has not been finalized or there is no formal follow-up communication, the design will be automatically released. MV STUDIO reserves the right to make this piece available to future customers or use it in its exclusive collections.

4. Use of Customer Art: In case the customer provides their own art, MV STUDIO agrees to use it exclusively for the requested order, respecting the identity of the original owner.

NOTE ON THEMATIC DESIGNS AND EXCLUSIVITY

At MV STUDIO, we specialize in creating Thematic Concepts designed specifically for the atmosphere of your event (Congresses, Campaigns or Short-term Crusades). Because these arts are exclusive pieces based on temporary themes and not on permanent corporate identities, our policy does not include the sale or delivery of digital files.

Our mission is to provide the finished final product with the quality and unction that characterizes us, ensuring that the art of your event is unique and managed under the Strategic Direction of our headquarters.

By hiring our service, you acquire the manufacture of finished parts with the MV STUDIO design included.

REPEAT VIOLATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS IN CREATIVE SERVICES

At MV STUDIO, we value the time invested in the conceptualization of each project. To maintain the flow of excellence in our production table, we apply the following rule of Commercial Responsibility:

* Penalty for Project Abandonment: If a client requests a graphic art and, after the delivery of the example, does not provide follow-up or formalize the order within the 14-day period (without prior cancellation notice), said customer will lose the privilege of receiving free design services in the future.

* Custom Design Restriction: For future requests, the repeat customer must provide their own graphic art in print-ready format. MV STUDIO will be limited exclusively to the manufacture of the merchandise, reserving the right not to make adjustments, corrections or new creative proposals for said account.

* Restoration of Creative Privileges: The benefit of receiving personalized design services from our strategic management will be temporarily suspended. This privilege can be evaluated for restart only after the client successfully completes a formal order providing his own graphic art, thus demonstrating his commitment to the times and processes of MV STUDIO.

* Final Discretion Clause: The re-establishment of design and creative consulting services for repeat clients is subject solely and exclusively to the discretion of the Management of MV STUDIO. Completing an order with your own art does not guarantee the automatic return to our personalized design services; each case will be evaluated according to the history of compliance and respect for our Creation Headquarters.
